The company held the 2024-2025 annual commendation conference

On the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Party Committee held its 2024-2025 "July 1st" Commendation Conference and 2024 Annual General Evaluation and Commendation Conference. The conference opened with the solemn national anthem. Participating Party members and cadres jointly studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions during his inspection of Shaanxi Automobile, as well as the spirit of the Shaanxi Automobile Holding Party Committee's "July 1st" Commendation Conference, and extended warm congratulations to the advanced representatives who received honors at the group level and above. Tian Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Party Committee's "Decision on Commending 'Two Outstanding and One Advanced' Individuals for 2024-2025" and "Decision on Commending Standardized and Normative Exemplary Party Branches for 2025" were read out. Awards and plaques were presented to 5 outstanding Party affairs officers, 5 outstanding Party affairs workers, 5 outstanding Communist Party members, 3 advanced grassroots Party organizations, and 2 standardized and normative exemplary Party branches.

To commend outstanding individuals and collectives and promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, the meeting announced the "Decision on Commending Various Advanced Individuals in the 2024 Company-wide Overall Evaluation" issued by the Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Labor Competition Committee. Awards and plaques were presented to 3 safety management pacesetters, 2 outstanding safety management units, 18 advanced production (work) workers, 5 advanced work teams, and 6 model workers.

Outstanding Communist Party member representative Zhao Lulu and model worker representative Liang Junjie took turns speaking, sharing their advanced deeds in light of their own work. The attendees expressed their determination to learn from the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to contribute more to the high-quality development of the company.

Liu Shuiku, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., on behalf of the company's Party Committee, expressed gratitude and congratulations to the award-winning groups and individuals, fully affirmed and encouraged the achievements of Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. this year, and made arrangements for solidly advancing the work in the second half of 2025:

1. Adhere to Party building leadership, strengthen theoretical armament, deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments," continuously enhance the "four consciousnesses," strengthen the "four self-confidences," and achieve the "two safeguards," consciously maintaining a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee. Internalize political requirements and externalize them into actions, transforming them into a powerful driving force and conscious action to promote the company's high-quality development based on one's position, ensuring the achievement of the annual goals.

2. Vigorously promote development, accurately explore customer needs, optimize product structure, and in the face of market demand, shift the focus from product-centric to customer-centric, assisting the company's production and operation through product and marketing structure adjustments.

3. Uphold a pragmatic, efficient, and realistic work style, strictly abide by work discipline, ensure that tasks are completed on the same day, and eliminate any form of shirking responsibility. Focusing on core responsibilities and main business, and striving for excellence, we will continuously improve work efficiency and quality.

4. We must strictly adhere to disciplinary bottom lines, rigorously implement the requirements of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, and abide by the Party's six major disciplines. All Party members and cadres must earnestly fulfill their "dual responsibilities" and ensure the primary responsibility of the person in charge is effectively implemented.

We must concentrate on business development and wholeheartedly pursue growth, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive completion of the company's various tasks by 2025 and the transformation and development during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
