"Electricity" Illuminates Emerging Markets, "Hydrogen" Powers the High-End Landscape
From an initial staff of 210 to nearly 1,000 today, DeChuang Future has, over the past four years, continuously engaged in new energy, intelligent connectivity, and new materials, actively promoting the deep integration of electrification, intelligence, connectivity, and lightweighting in commercial vehicles.
To date, DeChuang Future has developed over 200 products, completed the R&D and implementation of 26 key technologies, including autonomous driving, fuel cells, and metamaterials. It has also mastered core intelligent connectivity technologies, such as autonomous driving intelligent cockpits and cloud control platforms, and built a complete vehicle development platform for a full range of new energy, intelligent, and connected commercial vehicles. In the first half of 2025, the company's automotive product orders exceeded 2,834 units, a year-on-year increase of 238%. DeChuang Future Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has delivered an impressive record of high-quality development.
"Our biggest challenge currently is shifting from a market-driven approach to a product-driven approach, and further towards an innovation-driven approach," said Wang Zhao, a member of the Shaanxi Automobile Holding Party Committee. Since its establishment in 2022, DeChuang Future has primarily been market-driven for the first three years, developing products based on user needs. Today, the company is undergoing a transformation to a product-driven approach, focusing on specific market segments, proactively defining key selling products, integrating new technologies and concepts, and creating leading, blockbuster models to stimulate new user needs. "After becoming product-driven, we aim to achieve innovation-driven development," he added. "This means products are no longer limited to existing configurations, but instead rely on new technology development, using innovation to guide demand and define products, providing users with a superior experience. This represents a higher level of development."
"DeChuang Future Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. achieved delivery in its first year of establishment," said Lv Wenya, Deputy Secretary of the DeChuang Future Party Committee. Since its founding, the company's deliveries have doubled annually, and its annual sales for 2025 are expected to increase by 300% year-on-year.
Currently, DeChuang Future's internationalization efforts are accelerating. "For hydrogen vehicles, we will focus on expanding into markets like Australia and New Zealand. Currently, one of our hydrogen vehicles is eligible for subsidies from the Japanese government," said Chao Pengxiang, Deputy General Manager of DeChuang Future. "In the future, we plan to expand into the electric vehicle market in developing countries, while focusing on hydrogen vehicles in developed countries like Europe and the United States." He envisioned that DeChuang Future will launch more high-quality heavy-duty trucks for key international markets and export more high-quality products to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, including Central Asia, the Middle East, and Western Europe, bringing Made in China to the world and showcasing China's strength.
Robots Dance: The Art of "Smart Manufacturing" in 4.8 Minutes
At the Shaanxi Automobile New Energy Smart Factory, dozens of AGVs shuttled around in an orderly fashion, while giant robotic arms danced with precision in the air. A modern industrial art form revolving around "smart manufacturing" is quietly unfolding.
In April 2022, the Shaanxi Automobile New Energy Smart Factory conducted its first trial assembly of new energy electric vehicles. By the first half of 2025, 6,666 new energy electric vehicles had rolled off the production line. "As of August this year, nine models, totaling 24,000 new energy vehicles, have rolled off the production line here," said Gao Nan, a technician and craftsman in the Third Assembly Workshop of the Shaanxi Automobile General Assembly Plant. "Currently, the average time it takes for a single vehicle to roll off the line is eight minutes, with a maximum cycle time of 4.8 minutes, meaning a complete vehicle rolls off the line every five minutes or less."
In the workshop, the automated tire assembly and glass gluing processes are fully automated, becoming the most automated parts of the production line. While the remaining processes have a degree of autonomy, critical steps, such as the cab-chassis connection, still require manual intervention for precise coordination.
As an industry-leading manufacturing unit, the frame workshop boasts three newly built automated longitudinal beam production lines with comprehensive procedures and highly automated equipment, resulting in the highest single-unit production capacity in China. This production line effectively addresses issues such as low longitudinal beam transport efficiency and high environmental pollution during shot blasting, achieving continuous, "off-the-shelf" longitudinal beam processing throughout the entire process, significantly improving product quality and production capacity. Furthermore, the accompanying three-dimensional warehouse for frame and longitudinal beams meets internationally advanced standards, enabling intelligent storage and management of longitudinal beam assemblies.
Shaanxi Automobile launched its "Tianxingjian" connected vehicle service brand in November 2011, pioneering a new model for intelligent heavy-duty truck management in China. In 2012, Tianxingjian's fleet management and auto loan management businesses were launched, officially marking the beginning of the commercialization of connected vehicle services. In June 2013, Shaanxi Automobile officially established Tianxingjian Connected Vehicle Company, marking the professionalization of its connected vehicle business.
"Our recent breakthrough in global smart logistics services enables logistics fleet customers to maintain business processes throughout their entire lifecycle," said Wang Zhaoli, Deputy Director of Tianxingjian's Connected Vehicle Product Department. "We also provide value-added services such as fuel efficiency and security management to help customers reduce costs and increase efficiency. Furthermore, we assist dump truck regulators and environmental protection departments with the control and handling of violations during vehicle operation, achieving closed-loop management. In closed environments such as ports and mining areas, we provide customers with full-process operational management services for unmanned vehicles through our autonomous driving cloud control platform. These data-driven value-added services further enhance the market competitiveness of Shaanxi Automobile's products."
"In terms of financial cooperation, we are committed to providing comprehensive and integrated solutions for the development of new technologies and services." In terms of financial services, we have established solid partnerships with leading domestic financial platforms such as Ping An and Lionbridge, and currently serve over 400,000 vehicles. Tian Yu, Director of Tianxingjian's Internet of Vehicles Marketing and Services Department, stated, "The company has provided risk warning and asset security services to financial institutions for 14 years, earning high industry trust and maintaining a leading position."
Looking forward, Shaanxi Automobile will continue to focus on the gradual development of smart manufacturing factories, promote digital upgrades, continuously enhance the level of smart manufacturing, play a leading role in demonstration, and provide a replicable and scalable "Shaanxi Automobile Solution" for the intelligent transformation of China's traditional heavy-duty truck manufacturing industry, thereby promoting high-quality development of the industry and the entire industrial chain.
